  1. Raffles are considered lotteries, and as such are governed under Gambling and Games Of Chance laws.  To become a member of DJRaffles.com, you must be of legal gambling age in your country. DJRaffles.com reserves the right to request proof of age documentation from any customer at any time.
  2. It is the sole responsibility of members to safeguard their Username and Password. If a third party purchases a ticket using a member's account, with or without the consent or knowledge of the account holder, the purchase is deemed valid and refunds will not be made. If a member mislays his or her account details, or suspects another person knows these details, it is the member's responsibility to inform DJRaffles.com and request a new Account ID and Password.
  3. DJRaffles.com respects your privacy and will not report any information relating to members' accounts, winnings or losses to any government agencies outside of our jurisdiction. It is, therefore, your own responsibility to report any winnings to your respective authorities if this is applicable in your country.
  4. Your membership with DJRaffles.com shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Mohawk Territory of Kahnawake ("Kahnawake"). All lotteries are considered to be placed and received in Kahnawake under the authority of the license issued by the Kahnawake Gaming Commission (the "Commission"). By becoming a member of DJRaffles.com, you irrevocably and unconditionally attorn to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commission. Any claim or complaint that you have against DJRaffles.com shall be dealt with only in accordance with the complaint procedures set out in the Commission's Regulations Concerning Interactive Gaming and you shall not be entitled to commence any form of legal proceeding in any other forum or jurisdiction. You also acknowledge and agree that any claim that DJRaffles.com has against you is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Commission and that, in the event that DJRaffles.com has a claim against you, DJRaffles.com may pursue such claim and commence a legal proceeding against you in the jurisdiction of its choosing.
  5. It is the sole responsibility of the DJRaffles.com Member to ensure that he or she is fully compliant with all laws relating to online activity and/or gambling in the jurisdiction of the Member's lawful residence. DJRaffles.com, its agents and its affiliates shall in no way accept liability in situations where a Member is in breach of any state, national or international laws.
  6. DJRaffles.com reserves the right to close any account without prior notice. In this event, or in the event of a customer choosing to close their own account, any existing purchases will stand and the full account balance will be paid out after completion of all the raffles.
  7. DJRaffles.com forbids third party deposits and payments. Payment and funding methods must be in the same name as the DJRaffles.com account holder.
  8. DJRaffles.com reserves the right to pursue members with outstanding debts.
  9. Participation in the activities and raffles of DJRaffles.com is open only to residents of those jurisdictions where such participation is legal and not prohibited. Participation is void wherever prohibited by DJRaffles.com. Participation by persons resident or located in the Commonwealth of Kentucky is not permitted.
  10. By accepting these terms and conditions you are agreeing to abide by DJRaffles.com's conditions. These terms and conditions are subject to change and revision by DJRaffles.com without prior notice.
